How Long Does Shipping Take?
Allow 1 to 2 business days for processing and handling on orders and 3 to 5 business days after processing & handling for order to be shipped.
Boss Mom Beauty is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages after the package has been delivered from our company. Please address the issue with your USPS.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges?
Boss Mom Beauty does not offer any refunds. Customer may be eligible for an exchange under Boss Mom Beauty's discretion. In order to be eligible for an exchange the item must be unworn, unwashed, original tags attached with original packaging and receipt. Boss Mom Beauty will only exchange if the item is damaged upon arrival or the wrong item is sent. Customer has 3 days after delivery to apply for an exchange.
All cosmetics and swimwear are final sale due to sanitation purposes. All sale items are final sale and can not be exchanged.
